I understand the desire to find a pill, potion, or practitioner that offers instant relief. Unfortunately, the quick fix rarely delivers lasting results because it does not focus on the root cause of illness. In order to achieve optimal health, we must start with the core basics. Once the foundation is built, our ventures into specialty treatments will be much better informed and effective.
